Peter Varga, executive
CMC, change management consultant, trainer

He studied at Prague's Charles University and at the Agricultural University of Godollo, graduated in 1992. After graduation, he participated in designing and operating a nationwide advisory and advocacy service. For six years, he worked as an expert in training and multi-sectoral interest reconciliation. In 1998, he earned a qualification in change management, accredited by the Know-How Fund and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He has been working with organizations of the public administration, businesses as well as in civil society since 1999. Primarily, he provides strategic planning and strategic leadership workshops, project planning, leadership and organizational development training with the T-group methodology and also prepares educational materials.
From 2008 leads the Millefolium Strategy Ltd. In 2014 obtained the Certified Management Consultant (CMC, Certified Management Consultant) address.

Aniko Varga, Chief Financial Officer

Having studied at College for Trade and Catering and the University of Agricultural Sciences Faculty of Economics, she worked for Caterpillar Hungary Rt, then she was tied up with raising her children, while worked as a part-time translator and business correspondent. Between 1997-2003, as a Local Representative of the Dutch Management Consulting Program (NMCP), she mediated between consultants, businesses and non-profit organizations. Between 2002-2004 she worked for Habitat for Humanity, Inc., Europe and Central Asia headquarters in Budapest. In 2006-2007 she acquired a qualification in tax consultancy and in 2009 a chartered accountant qualification.
She works at Millefolium Stratégia Ltd. since 2008 where she financially manages a number of EU and national projects and provides financial accounting consultancy.
As a volunteer she is the Secretary-General of the National Association of Large Families.
