Millefolium applies the T-group methodology, which is based group dynamics. During structured exercises and games group members receive most of the detailed feedback from their peers, which helps them evaluate and improve their own behavior and communication style. During trainings we discuss feelings and behaviors, but we do not evaluate or rate each other's personality. This creates a climate of confidence, which helps the participants to behave spontaneously, not based on some foregone plan.
Feedback leads to the understanding how our behavior impacts others and how other people's behavior impacts us. During the training, if a group member feels compelled, he/she can create his/her own action plan for future improvement, based on the feedbacks he/she received. A training group consists of 12-15 people ideally.
The effects of the training - depending on the its type – may be as follows: - Increase self-awareness, strengthens the internal autonomy of the participants, improves confidence and personal effectiveness - Improves communication, collaboration and personal conflict management skills - Develops leadership competencies, task delegation, motivation, conflict management - Maturation of competencies, increasing effectiveness of on-the-job tasks such as project management, strategic planning.
It is suitable for groups to develop group coherence. Relations will be more intense and more open between group members. They will be more tolerant with each other, a climate of confidence will evolve and a better understanding of each other's aspirations follows.
